Pet & Animal Memorials

Every animal has their own story, and every person has their own idea of how they want to remember them.

We don't have a standard design or template for memorials. Each one is created piece by piece alongside you, from the placement of the bones to the glass bottles, florals, and natural elements around them, so the finished piece feels like your companion and the life they lived.

Some families choose a full display. Others ask for their animal's bones carefully cleaned, labeled, and bundled so they can bring them home to a case they've already picked out. Both are welcome, and there is no wrong way to do this.

A deposit of $75 to $100, depending on the animal's size, may be asked for before work begins. We'll talk through everything first: your ideas, your budget, and your timing.

How it works

How a memorial comes together

Four parts, and none of them hurried. Every memorial starts with a conversation, and nothing is decided without you.

  1. You reach out

Tell us about your animal, what you're hoping for, and your budget and timing. That is all we need to begin. Please reach out before bringing in or shipping remains.

  2. We talk it through

There is no template. Every decision, from the bones to the botanicals, is made with you.

  3. The work

Cleaning, preparation, and the display, done carefully and without rushing. We would rather take the time than hurry any part of it.

  4. Coming home

Pickup in Fort Lupton, by appointment, within thirty days of our note that the piece is ready. We can also ship, charged at the actual cost.

Two kinds of memorial

Two ways to remember them

Most memorials take one of these two shapes. Neither is more right than the other, and the details are always yours.

A full memorial display

Your animal's bones, placed by hand in a display made only for them, with everything around them chosen with you: tiny glass bottles, florals, moss and other natural elements, and the small details that were theirs. Every placement is decided together, so the finished piece has as much personality and detail as the life they lived.

Cleaned, labeled and bundled

For families who already have a place in mind. Your animal's bones are carefully cleaned, labeled, and bundled so they can be safely carried or shipped home to you, and placed in a case you have picked out just for them. It is a quieter kind of memorial, and it is every bit as welcome.

In their memory

Two we were trusted with

One of our favorite parts of creating pet memorials is that no two ever have to look the same. Memorials are shared here only with each family's blessing.

Arched wooden cabinet with gold columns; its moss-lined compartments hold corked bottles of small bones, a butterfly, a jar of quills, and dried orange and purple flowers.

Meet Quillella.

Quillella may have been tiny, but she deserved a memorial with just as much personality and detail as the life she lived. Her memorial was created alongside her owner, piece by piece: her bones and quills, tiny glass bottles, florals, and natural elements, each chosen and arranged for her.

Rest peacefully, sweet Quillella.

I'm absolutely in love with your finished product / design. You've exceeded my wildest dreams and expectations. I still mean it with all of my heart, I'll eternally cherish this 🖤 Thank you forever more.

Meet Garfield.

I recently had the honor of creating a skeletonized memorial for a very special service cat, Garfield. Garfield's grandparents entrusted us with preparing him for his mom, who has since moved to New York. She chose to have his bones carefully cleaned, labeled, and bundled so they could be safely shipped home to her, where he will be placed on display in a case she has already picked out just for him.

It means so much to be trusted with someone's beloved companion, especially one who played such an important role in their life. We're so glad we could help bring him home to his mom and to his final resting place.

Thank you for trusting us with your sweet boy, Garfield.

My wife and I would like to say thank you so much for the work and care and commitment that you put into our daughter's cat, Garfield. Although we found several vendor options that day we met you at the Co Springs Oddity Fair, there was just something about the two of you that clicked with us. We couldn't be more grateful for your work. You have filled our daughter's heart 👊❤️🐈‍⬛💪🫡

Tell us about your animal

Tell us who they were, what you're hoping for, and anything you already know you want. If you don't know yet, that is fine. We'll start from there. Fields marked * are required.

We read every message ourselves. There is no rush and no wrong way to ask.

If you are choosing between options, or aren't sure what is possible for your animal, say so. We'll talk it through.
