Meet Madison
Oddity Decor Store is Madison Ruple: owner, artist, and the person you'll be talking to. I started it in November 2023 in Fort Lupton, Colorado, and everything here is still made by hand, one piece at a time. Dark, a little whimsical, museum-inspired, and full of color.

The studio
Skulls, bones, oddity decor, taxidermy, and more. That “more” covers a lot of bench space: custom pet and animal memorials, skeleton articulation and display, dermestid beetle cleaning, European mounts and skull cleaning, taxidermy and preserved specimens, bone and skull art, insect and butterfly displays, and cabinet-of-curiosity decor. Some pieces are ready to take home. The rest are custom commissions, made for one person.
Custom work starts with a message. Tell us about the animal or specimen, the service or display you're picturing, your ideas, your budget, and your timing. Then we work directly with you, decision by decision, until the piece is one-of-a-kind and entirely yours.
There are two halves to this studio, and they don't sound the same. Some pieces are for the curious. Others are for the people who loved an animal and want to keep them close. The gallery and the booth get to be Weird & Wonderful. Memorials have their own page, kept apart on purpose, so nothing playful sits beside something that matters this much.
